ABOUT
Sarah Freeman is an associate at the firm where she represents healthcare providers in reimbursement disputes with insurance carriers. Specifically, she focuses on out-of-network provider reimbursement resulting from the non-payment of arbitration awards issued in connection with the federal No Surprises Act.
Prior to joining the firm, Sarah worked as an associate for a national defense firm where she represented clients across a range of practice areas, including premises liability, medical malpractice, and motor vehicle accidents.
Sarah graduated magna cum laude from Central Connecticut State University in 2016 with a B.S. in Hospitality Management. She received her J.D. from the University of Connecticut in 2023 where she focused her studies on Insurance and Health Law and received the CALI award for excellence in Health Law. She is admitted to practice in Connecticut and is pending admission to the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.
