ABOUT
Rachael is counsel at the firm and represents medical providers in state and federal court, with a primary focus on “No Surprises Act” enforcement litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Rachael practiced for several years in subrogation and reimbursement litigation representing insurance carriers and private healthcare plans in the areas of workers’ compensation, personal injury, medical malpractice, and property damage.
Rachael graduated from Dartmouth College in 1992 and from Rutgers Law School – Newark in 2004. She is licensed to practice in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Western, Southern, and Northern Districts of New York.
