ABOUT
Debra Clifford’s business and commercial litigation practice encompasses a broad range of litigation matters for public and private companies and individuals. Debra has represented clients in trial and appellate work in the state and federal courts of New York, New Jersey and Idaho, and has handled several arbitrations and mediations. Prior to joining Gottlieb & Greenspan, Debra worked at a large New Jersey firm representing a major ERISA benefits administrator and carrier regarding payor/provider reimbursement disputes and her name appears on many published and unpublished opinions in the ERISA arena.
Debra has been recognized by Best Lawyers as well as New Jersey Super Lawyers, and she was named to the Irish Legal 100 in 2019 and 2020. Debra graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 1990 and Fordham University School of Law in 1995. She is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of New York and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
