ABOUT
Daniel Palgon is an associate at the firm who focuses his practice on healthcare arbitration. Primarily, Daniel represents out-of-network physician groups, guiding his clients to navigate state and federal “surprise bill” laws, and serving as counsel in various arbitration forums. Prior to joining the firm, Daniel practiced in the real estate sector where he was involved in contract review and formation, real estate closings, and various other transactional matters.
Daniel graduated from Queens College in 2015 and Fordham University School of Law in 2021, where he was a member of the Environmental Law Review. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey.
