ABOUT
Joseph Devine is counsel of the firm and primarily focuses his practice on the representation of medical providers in civil litigation and arbitration. Joseph concentrates on contractual and quasi-contractual disputes, representing both in-network and out-of-network medical providers in state and federal court as well as in the AAA arbitration forum.
Joe brings extensive litigation experience to Gottlieb & Greenspan, having previously served as managing attorney for a New York City based creditor’s rights firm. In that role, he successfully represented landlords, financial institutions, and various other creditor clients in hundreds of contested litigation actions.
Joe graduated from Penn State University in 2008 where he was a member of the Penn State Blue Band. He graduated from the Penn State University, Dickinson School of Law, University Park Campus in 2011, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi legal ethics fraternity, and Vice President of the Trial Advocacy Board. Joe is licensed to practice in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, as well as United States District Courts for the Eastern, Southern, Northern, and Western Districts of New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
