About
Andrea D’Eletto represents medical providers in New Jersey Personal Injury Protection (PIP) arbitration and workers’ compensation litigation. Andrea brings nearly three decades of insurance litigation experience to her practice, with a particular focus on auto and worker’s compensation carriers. She routinely appears in New Jersey PIP arbitration forums and worker’s compensation court on behalf of providers in reimbursement disputes.
Prior to joining Gottlieb & Greenspan, Andrea served as Senior Litigation Counsel for a major insurance carrier, where she handled complex PIP and bodily injury litigation through trial. She also served as a court-appointed arbitrator in Monmouth County, conducting hearings and resolving civil disputes. She graduated from St. John’s University in 1990 with a degree in Business Management and earned her law degree from Rutgers School of Law-Newark in 1995. Andrea is admitted to practice law in New Jersey.
