Jessica Roberts

ABOUT

Jessica Roberts is an associate attorney representing healthcare providers in state and federal litigation. Her practice primarily focuses on reimbursement disputes, including those pertaining to the non-payment of arbitration awards issued under the federal No Surprises Act.

Prior to joining the firm, Jessica worked as a Staff Attorney at Save the Sound, a non-profit environmental organization, where she engaged in litigation-based advocacy for environmental causes.

Jessica graduated summa cum laude from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law. While there, she worked as a Law Clerk for the Center for Biological Diversity and obtained a coveted judicial externship with the Honorable Cathy Seibel at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. She is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut, the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, and the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals.
