Jorge G. Hazim

Jorge Hazim is an associate at the firm who represents all manner of healthcare providers in reimbursement litigation and arbitration. Having learned the intricacies of the No Surprises Act (NSA) as a paralegal, Jorge now focuses his practice on state and federal litigation in connection with unpaid or underpaid NSA arbitration awards. Jorge further advises both in-network and out-of-network provider clients in maximizing reimbursement streams while complying with relevant state and federal regulations.

Jorge holds a B.A. from SUNY Albany and a J.D. from the Charleston School of Law. His law school experience includes both an internship with a prestigious family law practice as well as a coveted legal research assistant position. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
