ABOUT
Lane Legband is an associate attorney of the firm who primarily focuses his practice on the representation of medical providers in civil litigation, representing both in-network and out-of-network providers in State Court.
Prior to joining the Gottlieb & Greenspan team, Lane focused primarily on family law, including divorce, custody, spousal support, property division negotiations and litigation.
Lane graduated from the University of Scranton in 2017 and from Rutgers Law School in 2021. Upon graduation from Law School, Lane clerked for the Honorable Julie M. Marino, J.S.C., and was involved in both the family and criminal divisions of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Somerset County. He is currently admitted to practice in New Jersey and is an active member of the Essex County Bar Association as well as the New Jersey State Bar Association.
