Daniel Krieger

Daniel Krieger is an associate attorney of the firm who primarily focuses his practice on the representation of medical providers in civil litigation, representing both in-network and out-of-network providers in state and federal court.

Prior to joining the Gottlieb & Greenspan team, Daniel represented insurance companies and their insureds in civil defense matters, with a particular emphasis on automobile liability, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, premise liability, and general liability in both state and federal court in New Jersey. During his formative years, Daniel served as a Law Clerk for a national law firm, where he formed a foundational understanding of insurance company guidelines and helped ensure firmwide compliance. Prior to practicing law, Daniel worked for a legal tech start up, where he significantly contributed to the company’s remarkable revenue growth.

Daniel graduated from SUNY Albany in 2015 and Albany Law School in 2019. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey as well as in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is also an active member of the Essex County Bar Association and serves as the co-chair of the Vincent J. Apruzzese High School Mock Trial Competition.
