Evan Gilman

ABOUT

Evan Gilman is a Managing Attorney responsible for overseeing the firm’s Workers Compensation and New Jersey Personal Injury Protection (NJ-PIP) departments. He routinely appears in Workers Compensation Court and PIP Arbitration hearings where he represents healthcare provider clients in payment disputes with applicable carriers. In addition, Evan heads the firm’s growing State IDR Department, where he advises clients on complying with state surprise bill regulations and represents them in related arbitration forums. He has extensive experience handling complex reimbursement disputes, insurance coverage and eligibility disputes, No Surprise Act reimbursement litigation, and state surprise billing arbitration in an expanding number of forums.

Prior to joining the firm, Evan worked as the Law Clerk to the Honorable Miguel de la Carrera, J.S.C. Evan graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2023 and Mercy College in 2018. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey.
